This is a Handmade upon order product. The product usually takes 7-10 days to create if I have the wood in stock. However, if I have to order the SpectraPly pattern of colors, it will be 4-6 weeks to get the order of wood to build.

All of our products are shipped in discreet packaging. We are responsible to get your product out by due date, but we have no control over shipper after it leaves our shop. Please be patient, USPS is having extended delivery times.

Refunds are considered according to shop policies. If you choose a stain color, it is classified as a custom order, and cannot be resold. No refunds on CUSTOM ORDERS. Other words, NO REFUNDS ON OILED, STAINED, VINYL IMAGED or HOLED Lexan, Leather or Hardwood items, I cannot resell it
